Transfer bus was very nice. The facility is nice and the food was great.

The room was too hot. I could not get the room cool for sleeping. I opened the window but the noise was not good so slept hot all night. Miserable sleeping experience.

The gift shop is excellent and the buffet break had so many delicious foods to choose from.

Although it’s very close to the airport it’s tricky to walk to, especially with luggage and in the dark, like I did. Better to wait for the free shuttle bus that comes every 30 mins.

I have stayed at the Tobu hotel many times. Everytime, staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms always clean, service is fast and efficient.

Even though the buffet was a bit higher priced, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

So old and loud noises from next room by poor insulation in the wall.

Room was clean, with enough space, shuttle service to airport.

Breakfast and dinner buffet quite expensive, Windows in room can be opened, but lid showed downwards from x floors. This felt quite dangerous.
