Got a room in west wing 11th floor. The view is wonderful. Room has nice audio equipment (ceiling speaker makes the radio sound wonderful). Our room was clean and simple. Bathroom can use update. 10 minutes ride by free shuttle bus to Nerita airport. It also provides shuttle to Nerita city.
Convenient location, shuttle bus to Nerita city and airport.
Out dated bathroom.

Very nice for business travelers. Overpriced for families, not children friendly, food is overpriced.
The lobby and room were beautiful and well maintained.
The food was ridiculously over priced so that I ended up at a convenience store instead.
