Close proximity and reasonable price for a clean hotel stay
The hotel lacked self-service check-in, which would've alleviated congestion at check-in process. Waiting line for check-in took 15 min. due to guests arriving on a bus at one time.

Shuttle service; had everything we needed for an overnight near the airport; friendly and efficient
Meal and alcohol prices seemed a little (especially if you were there over a weekend); We had no means of contacting the hotel in advance to confirm arrival as no email address or phone number was provided, and official hotel website was not functioning.

great beakfast
confusing web site as to what room and type of room you book. hotel policy as to when you pay is also different. policy was different from the last time we stayed there and different from the one previous to this trip.

We heard that the meals at the restaurant may seem pricey (although it smelled good from the kitchen area) so you may want to purchase meals prior to arrival and eat them in your room if you're only staying overnight to catch a flight the next day as we were.
Location was great, room and common area very attractive,quiet and spacious, good value for the money although I understand the restaurant is expensive so we brought our own bento meals. convenient shuttle for airport transport.
