The gift shop is excellent and the buffet break had so many delicious foods to choose from.

Although it’s very close to the airport it’s tricky to walk to, especially with luggage and in the dark, like I did. Better to wait for the free shuttle bus that comes every 30 mins.

Trying way to hard to be a high end hotel that perhaps it once was. Stay was completely overshadowed by getting food poisoning at the hotel restaurant (which is essentially your only option) the day before flying to the states.

Free shuttle to and from airport to hotel. Well organised and staff are friendly. Good size room for three people with three beds. Second stay at this hotel will stay again when we return to Japan.

Room was big enough for our family of four for one night. Food was good.

You have to pay to use the pool. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time of 2pm to find the desk completely closed and nothing to do. For an international airport hotel I would have expected facilities open round the clock. Our room was heated far too much and the window had a sign on it saying do not open. The air con wasn’t working. When I asked at reception I was told to open the window. The buffet looked good but was pricey. Food in the cafe (only open dinner hours) was nice. Same food as you get in room service only cheaper. I would advise considering what time you will be at the hotel before booking. I found other people’s hair in the bathroom. Next time we will go elsewhere.

Beautiful relaxed Skytop bar with view, very nice for a night cap. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was excellent.
