The airport shuttle service is very convenient. Room is spacious.

The carpeted table beside the TV is visibly dusty.

Convenient location, frequent shuttle to Narita, very nice buffet restaurant.

I didn’t realize how complicated it would be to walk to the hotel from terminal 2 on arrival.

The location was very strategic and close to airport, shuttle bus to airport is available for free start at 5.30 every 30 mins

The bathroom was smell like an old building smell and not fresh

Rubbish hotel and staff at the reception Request for late check was declined through [Link Redacted] app. Unreasonable for not allowing check in after 2359 hrs.
