The property is not well maintained. Carpet is the room felt moist and dirty. There appeared to be black mold in the shower and the tub looked like a sand trap on a golf course. No real breakfast offered which is opposite of what is mentioned on the web site.

Horrible experience customer service was bad rooms was dirty. When you get off the elevator smelled horrible. Had to change my room twice.

Nothing it's just close to hotel.

It's not at all safe you will surprising see homeless trespasser in the lobby. I literally got scared of him he was all drunk and high with i stick in his hand. MAJOR SECRETARY CONCERN.

Do NOT stay here!!!!! Room Keys do not work on the 4th floor! No one told us this until checkout. They kept lying about it. Someone had to let us in each time we left out of the room. The place smelled like a smoke factory, both cigarette and Marijuana!!! There is NO breakfast!!! The air did not work!!! It was 89 degrees that day, April 18, 2024

4th floor hallway stinks

The staff was unprofessional, but they were nice. The "security" guy deserves a lot of credit and a better job.

The place was sort of dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Lots of damaged or broken things everywhere; doors, cabinets, carpet, elevator, etc. Apparently nobody had a clean room or towels because many people were complaining.

The bed was comfortable

Wifi, no proper hygiene products and there were bedbugs

Breakfast; there was no breakfast. I used to stay at La Quintas pre Covid. generally excellent value. Now generally they have gone downhill. This one even though close to the airport in a poor part of the city

The place was filthy, the staff was unprofessional, and the other guests were loud and disruptive, talking about drugs and what not until 4 in the morning. I didn't feel safe here traveling as a solo female. Someone pounded on my door at 3 in the morning, and I was terrified.
