That it was only a mile from where I had to be the next day.

The hotel was horrible. First the key card did not work the entire stay. The room had a smell, the linen on the bed was not clean, could hear the people next door to us all night. Also got a sign saying not serving breakfast. Just Horrible!!!!

The smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. Staff not friendly. Stood in front of the front desk person for 7 minutes while he was on his cell phone, I walked up and said hello. Never said sorry or excuse me, he said ¿what¿.

Everything. Dirty, disgusting hotel. Third floor smelled like animal urine. No escape from it. Homeless people hanging around the lobby. Screaming and banging and cursing in the middle of the night. Staff was no where to be found. Worst hotel ever.

There were roaches and bugs in room. hallways had very pungent odor.

The Staff at check-in. The breakfast was excellent. I would rank your breakfast NUMBER ONE over the last 100 motels that I have stayed in the last ten years and I take 3 vacations per year (except COVID-19).

The rooms needs an makeover. Everything in the room is worn out. The mattress needs to be replaced. The chairs and lamps did not function properly.

It sheltered us from the cold and rain. Not much else.

The whole place smells terrible--it assaults you right when you walk in. It took me a bit, but I finally realized it was animal smell. Everyone had a dog and the rooms wreaked of years of animal smell. An animal had definitely urinated in our room.

I got rashes in my neck where My skin touch the pillow.I don't think the room is clean and the pillow case does not seem refreshed and replaced. The air conditioner is not working efficiently
