I liked the staff and I liked the appearance.

The hallways, and the elevators smelled like marijuana.

Bed was clean & comfortable .

Heater in room did not work. Airport shuttle service is limited to 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This is not clarified in the hotel information. The front desk person would not assist me in arranging a ride to airport for 5AM the next morning.

The staff was friendly and customer oriented. I like the coffee in the morning but you need to return to serving breakfast. There was one young lady in particular who stood out to me. Please consider promoting her as soon as possible.

I did have to change rooms. The toilet wasn't working and the shower faucet in the second room. It is listed as non-smoking, but people smoked everyday. Consider enforcing this rule. Also let customers know that dogs are allowed. I have allergies.

The toilets are so low to the floor for us senior's especially if you have health issues. Should install 17" high toilets in every bathroom so everyone will be comfortable.

The staff was helpful & friendly. This hotel did not live up to the LaQuinta excellence that I've seen in other cities. It was not at the airport, but a few miles away in an out-of-the way location.

The decor, paint, & colors just didn't seem as nice as most LaQuinta hotels that we've stayed in before.

Good breakfast options close to airport and highways

Rservation messed up (said they had handicap accessible rooms before making eservation; they didn't. Elderly member of party almost fell getting in shower/tub combo. Hotel in unsafe part of town & overall grimy & unclean.

front desk staff was very nice, bed fairly comfortable. Close to airport. Everything else was not so good. Room smelled like disinfect, and carpet was wet

Hotel was very old, dirty walls, it all needs a new coat of paint. The carpet in our room was very wet, which we didn't know until we took off our shoes. When we reported this the next morning we were simply told" I'm sorry". No compensation offered

Excellent location for overnight stay for next day flight...shuttle prompt and friendly for pickup and delivery.

Breakfast lacked what I have experienced at other La Quinta's with breakfast, no fresh fruit or fresh option except [Link Redacted] made it work.

Great location near the airport. Have park and fly rate of $5 per day. Shuttle runs from 4 AM to 1 AM. Got to the airport on the shuttle in 6 minutes. Hotel had nice rooms and free breakfast. Staff very helpful.

I believe this is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. People were yelling off and on all thru the night - in my hallway and outside in the parking lot. There was even some guy whistling in my hallway at 4:00 am.

The room was larger than expected

Front driveway was not well marked. In the dark missed the driveway twice. More lighting out front. Sofa sleeper was not padded enough, springs uncomfortable for our daughter. She used the blue blanket under her bottom sheet for more padding.
