Yes, there were 3 roaches snd the toliet bowl was disgusting in one of the bathrooms

Said on web site airport shuttle. Nope. No breakfast. Dirty room one towel one bar of soap sink was backed up dirty and smells bad held 100 dollar depisit made sure they refunded it staff really did not care about guests and had some comunication problems

After almost losing my mind, they made a room for us

After booking the hotel, I got there and they told me that they are overbooked and my toddler and I should go find another place at almost 2 in the morning.

My La Quinta stay was a nightmare. Poop-stained sheets and cockroaches contradicted their claimed 91+ cleanliness score. The rugs were filthy, the outside was a mess, and the promised breakfast was a no-show. Even the microwave stand was falling apart

Complaining to staff got me nowhere. Despite a tempting price, subjecting my family to such conditions is unacceptable. Steer clear unless they make serious improvements for a better experience.

Front desk don't pick up calls. Hotels stinks very badly. Water, wending machines don't work. Mentioned free breakfast included, but no breakfast.

Good customer service and very polite and courteous. Will recommend and stay again.

Better times for breakfast and more options to choose from.

The second floor stunk of dirty diapers to the point I was gagging. The room was so dirty we couldn¿t shower without shower shoes, slept on top of the covers because it was so dirty and stuff all over the walls. It looked as if they hadn¿t cleaned in week

It was close to the airport and next door to a Japanese buffet.

I got this hotel specifically for two reasons a pool and the airport shuttle which is what the website said it had. It was my last night with my kids before they went back to their dads and I hyped them up on a pool. Very disappointed. Also the room was disgusting. There was no soap, or shampoo. The toilet was gross. And the light switch and wall were nasty. My son also wanted to sleep on the floor because there was a bug in it.
