4th floor hallway stinks

The linens were clean from what I could tell but nothing and I mean NOTHING else was. Also across the street from a Waffle House.

This hotel was truly gross. Lobby was dirty, super run down, elevator was sketch, room assaulted you with the incense smell upon entering. Dish network was expired so no TV at all. Fruit flys in my room, lots of hair in the drain and no breakfast ! 0/10

The place is very dirty. In my second night a guy was punching doors all over the floor and nobody from the hotel went there to see what was happening. There was no breakfast available.

Location and cleanliness of the property was ok

Not good customer service at all the television was not working when we called the desk about it the guy said he was coming to check it out and never came then the next day I checked out I noticed I left a personal item I called the front desk about it and the guy took my information and said he would call me back I never heard from him that was 2 different staff 2 different days to say they gone do something and not do it to me that’s poor customer service

The smell of smoke and mildew permeated every single thing in the room from the sheets and pillows to the bathtub. We had to go to the counter more than once to get a working room key.

The hotel is exactly what you can expect for $--- a night in an area where everything else is way above double the price. It has a bed, a bathroom and is fine for an overnight between a flight and the other. There is really nothing wrong with it

The hotel does not have Shuttle Service to the airport as advertised. Breakfast is not really being served, just coffee and Orange Juice. The check in process was way too slow for the amount of traffic (3 people in the line).

Front desk operator and security could been more helpful to assist when my company vehicle was broken [Link Redacted] calling 911

No blankets on the bed, only sheets. The smell is AWFUL. AC & Heat didn’t work. The carpets were stained with an unidentified liquid The broken elevator was not properly sealed off
