Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was nice (a little pricey though). The staff was friendly. It wasn?t noisy at all even with a conference going on in the hotel. Great stay.
I got a pretty cheap room and still ended up on the 4th floor and my balcony view was of the city of Bellevue facing away from the highway. Not to mention the nostalgia of the architecture downstairs around the lobby.

I love the rooftop pool and hot tub. But you really can't beat the amazing views of Commencement Bay. It's really the star of this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I wish I could say we had a good experience. The window coverings in the room were not locked mg enough to shut out the very bright parking lot lights. The blinds left the bottom 10-12 inches exposed.

our room was dirty the floor was sticky, I was sold a room with two beds when I checked it they only had one room with a single bed and a pull out couch the sheets had urine on them and no blanket the smell of urine was awful

The evening clerk was amazing and her customer service went above and beyond making sure my stay was memorable. The 5 oclock managers get together with fun games, food and drink..no one does that! I know Ill definitely come back when I come to town
