Off Interstate 90, this hotel is just a half mile from Spokane Valley Mall. It features an on-site restaurant, a heated outdoor pool and airport shuttle service services. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi. - Love everything about this place. Especially the staff.
- The staff is excellent. The location is great. The food is absolutely wonderful.
- They provided a nice spacious room. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the service provided there for the early morning hour I was there was excellent. The staff when I arrived was pleasant and welcoming. We have stayed here before and will be back.
Cons -
- The rooms could use a little updating.
- Dirty bathroom, dirty floor, NO air circulation, dirty water glass, funky odor in the hall.
- How about the sock we found on the floor in the room? Cleanliness? No. We had to have our sheets changed upon arrival. They were dirty. The bed is concave. Replace the mattresses! The front desk staff has no concept of hospitality. Greet once in awhile.
