Pros +
- The stuff is out dated needs to be updated
- For a quick coffee or hot water w/ tea, it's handy to grab and go. Signing into the wi-fi internet was simple. Parking and easy access to highways and visits to Seattle or Tacoma, or local shopping mall. check out crew were nice and welcoming.
- Faith is sweet, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Cons -
- Security needs to enforced and the whole property smells like cigarettes not conducive environment
- There were open holes on the wall that pieces of wall was out, plus a piece of floor was patched on appearance wise. There was no hand soap for either kitchen or bathroom sinks. The mattresses are very firm with few pillows than seen in other hotels or inns. The refrigerator was not as cold enough.We were freezing inside our room when we had the heat on up to 90 degrees. It continued to blow out cold air for the weekend.For kitchen and extra bathroom items, we were not used to check them out instead of having them in the hotel room ready. for kitchen items to be checked out- it's understandable for possible reason to not have any missing inventory of kitchenware.
- Everything about the pet room (420) could have been better.All the furniture is old, one of the lights didn't even work, and the air conditioning was terrible.The television set itself is old, the cable system is antiquated.There was even a stain on the wall, and a disassembled smoke detector sitting on the counter.The location has potential, but I woke up to a crackhead dancing with his sign inside of the parking lot.

Front Desk Check in was very kind and accommodating, she was very friendly!!
The room was very musty, I understand it’s an extended stay and it helps those who are in need and gives them a place to stay while transitioning from homeless to working but I would appreciate if that was mentioned before booking this hotel
