- Hotel employee at the front desk on the day we left was knowledgeable and was attentive to my concerns. He made my rating higher .
- That we ended up not having to stay there.
- It was a bed and a roof.
Cons -
- I understand that they're under construction, however checking in was a bit of a dilemma. Finding a room was different than I've experienced before.
- The staff lied about getting us the rooms we paid for, one of the rooms had poop in the toilet, one room had cigarettes in it. Adn the overall cleanliness was terrible. The owners over booked and only had 5 rooms of the 9 we booked.
- How absolutely unappealing the building is. Consistently dead keycards, unsafe and nasty rooms (damage to the door from break-ins/attempts) and uncaring staff. Ongoing construction throughout with no proper signage. Quality assurance, anyone?
