- A little too old and excessive waiting to get room
- Broken elevator and security ( lots of people hanging around the parking lot)
- The housekeepers were in the room next door cleaning when we left for the day. When we returned we discovered they hadn't touched our room no new towels sheet trash wasn't emptied ... nothing so we had to reuse our towels from the previous night
