- Location and airport shuttle
- The only redeeming quality was the responsiveness of the security staff when my friend left her coat in the room.
- I was never told I was being charge for parking. I parked in the lot for two hours to unload. When I leave to return the car, I was charged $25.00, I received a $40.00 charge for overnight parking for a car I don't have.
Cons -
- The staff was not welcoming. They wouldn't provide a bottle of water because I didn't book via Hilton site
- The room was poorly maintained. Neither the flipping lock nor the deadbolt worked on this first floor room. The door to the bathroom was so out of alignment that it wouldn't close. A lightbulb on the nightstand was out.
- The shuttle was not on the schedule they provided.
