I didnt even stay, I had to cancel, was very nasty and the front staff very rude not kind at all.
1st think the toom has weed smell. Then after complaining i got a room without dmell. It was ok. But bathroom door doesn't lock. TV remote was broken. No breakfast. Cofee machine was broken.
They charged me extra for breakfast in the system, but during my stay, no breakfast was provided. In fact, they don't have any breakfast system.

It was so beautiful. Their staff are very friendly and you hardly knew they were there! They also keep a sharp eye on the details. They were constantly checking the bathroom to make sure it was clean and stocked with anything running low.

Front desk are very courteous and respectful. We were given a room at the lower level but we requested for one in a higher floor as we didn't like it. The front end lady promised and promptly shifted us to another room the following day.

Hotel was clean and all the expected amnesties were there. The only thing bad was the pillows were not good. I got cramps in my neck using those pillows other than that room was good. Breakfast is very good!! Staff is friendly ))

The staff were very helpful and took great care of my. I was staying with my pet and they tried to make things really easy. The room was clean, but the grands were a horrid mess from dog poo everywhere.

All survey results are 10?s so it?s hard to single anything out. The value received for the price is amazing. The staff is wonderful, it?s all very clean and comfortable, having the sofa bed in a separate room was perfect.

The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were not very comfortable, but satisfactory for as one night stay. This is our second stay and we like the convenient location. Wish there was a complementary breakfast also, but there is just a restaurant.
