it was ok for a quick stay. the front staff is very plain, they offer you no info about anything, their vending area is a joke. if they had breakfast we had no clue to where it was located. nice hotel,area not great. the parking lot is in bad shape.

It was quiet and relaxing
The hotel was filthy, reaked of smoke and urine and we had to go and find another place to stay. For safety this place should be closed until it can pass mínimum safety and cleanliness standards.
The only thing this hotel had going for it was the receptionist, college student. she was wonderful, helpful, saving grace, apologetic to the horrible condition's hotel was in. There is nothing positive about, not even use Homeless shelter

Beautiful lobby.Which lets you know it used to be a very nice hotel and the staff is excellent.They did let me know that there had been a flood recently from the sewer pipes , but that it had been cleaned up and that their might be a smell.

This is a relatiely new hotel. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in was quick. Parking was ample. The room was ready upon arrival and was very nice. There were lots of towels and soaps in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy.

Nothing! It was a horrible motel, and needs to be shut down. The pictures on the website look¿s nothing like the real room. It was very disturbing and needs to be shut down immediately!
Well it took almost hour after I had paid them for reservation to finally get room key then I get to room they nasty sticky crap all over floor some nasty horrific stuff in bathroom sink I ask them to get they never did my room didn't have mattress on bed

The cleanliness of the room was wonderful. Easier to find everything in your in at the room, but having the breakfast was the worst thing to have the food wasn’t good and the people that was in in the restaurant it was not good at all.

I really enjoyed the suite, it was so beneficial, and the location was five minutes from my daughter, whom house was so full for the holidays, I had fun with my family, but I needed two days of quiet, relaxing rest alone-time, and I slept so good!
The late-night staff member who was understanding of the situation. Since there was a big bug in the room late night after 1 am and I was tired and rainy it was I went to try another room.

Absolutely horrible. Staff was the worst I have ever come into contact with. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any other Microtel again because of the rude and dishonest and dirty staff.
