- Room clean, bed comfortable, door key worked first time, ac/heat worked well and was quiet
- Staff were nice and attentive

- The rooms smelled bad; I had to change three times. A back door meant to stay closed was always open. The elevator didn?t work on my last day. The facilities were dirty and smelled bad. The front desk staff ignored greetings and avoided eye contact.
