Even amidst the chaos of being overbooked due to fire evacuees, they maintained relatively quick service at the desk, and solid service in the restaurant.

To the wonderful African-American front desk associate with the yellow long nails, she made me feel like I was home. I forget her name so sorry she greeted me with a very pretty welcoming smile very professional had me in my room in minutes.

The room was very clean and even came with a full kitchen despite being one of the cheaper rooms available. The woman at the front desk during check in and the evening was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was well cared for and spotless, even in the less traveled hallways. The restaurant had really good food and the servers all had personality. That was good because there was an automatic 20% tip added to the bill.

The maintenence man. Most helpful as well as the nicest employee by far. He should definitely be recognized if he has not already. He is always running around busy doing a handful of things, yet seems to take care of guests.
I will not recommend these place at all. It feels like I am living on a shoot me stub motel in the area. The stuff are not helpful with any of your accommodations

This hotel was very convenient for us. 12 minute walk to our convention at the Toyota Center. Nomads lounge was perfect for a quick meal and cold beverage, and breakfast each morning was perfect for us before our meetings.

Great location and an excellent value for the price. The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Loved the outdoor pool, however a hot tub is needed. Yes, I know it gets warm there, but after a long day Breakfast with the omelet bar was incredible. Cappuccino machine was a good addition since we stayed there last. Enjoyed the evening cookies.
