Very clean, very quiet, room had all we needed and the bathroom was actually quite a good size for what you find in Brooklyn. Many restaurants, convenience stores nearby, subway just a 3 minuto walk. I was great.

There was one woman who worked at the front desk who was incredibly helpful, but clearly, she shouldered a lot of responsibility alone. Everyone else was not helpful. Nice bathrooms.
Great location - near the Subway. Safe area. The room was actually so spacious and very clean! The staff were friendly at check in and they held our luggage for us so we could explore the city more after check out.

Being it's a brand new property, there are several small tweaks that can be done in the room and lobby but overall it has amazing potential to succeed (under the right management). The Staff is great and the location is even greater. I love New Bushwick!

Very close to Jamaica Station, which is convenient for taking LIRR into the city or the subway, and you're also very close to JFK if needed. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is a little run down, but not that bad.

Being a tourist, we were unaware of the different areas in NY. We only knew that it was in Queens. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel was in Chinatown. They were some of the friendliest people I?ve ever met!! The experience was hands down the best!

Checking in was easy..dayquan made everything easier and made my family and I feel welcomed. Hotel employee from house keeping was also a great staff member. I had an issue with my room for 2 days and he made sure and handled it! Them 2 is why i would go back!

It was in a friendly neighborhood, the locals, and the local food around it was wonderful.
The hotel had no parking. They charged me a extra cash deposit. The room was dirty and had roaches upon arrival. I was told they would clean it in the morning and that did not happen. This ended up leaving me with nowhere to stay.

Reported pool issue to front staff. Older gentleman stated there was a soccer team there. He didn't apologize, ask if there was anything he could do to help situation, didn't go to speak to team of boys in pool. Ended up just leaving and not staying night
