Cons -
- On 12/28/24: Overshadowed by significant safety concerns due to a power outage at the property. Poorly handled: No backup battery in bathroom & hallways. Repeated attempts to contact the front desk were unsuccessful as the calls were not answered.
- There was prior damage to the room that wasn't fixed well. Water didn't get as hot as expected. Refrigerator in room was noisy. Doors slam loudly from other guest that can be heard at night.
- The sofa bed was very hard they didn?t provide a heavy blanket, breakfast is full of pork and we are Muslim not nothing for us to really eat . We couldn?t get in the pool the day we arrived the pool was close then the next day the pool was cold
