- Friendliness of employees
- Management and staff are extremely friendly!! Upgraded room upon checkin!! Pokemon Go nearby great for walking!! Very accommodating if you need anything they bring it to your room!
- Management very accommodating, room upgrade upon arrival. If I needed something items were brought to my room by hotel staff.
Cons -
- Hotel desk is manned for limited hours. There is no night bell or posted phone # to reach management when desk is unmanned. I experienced car problems and arrived early morning not the prior evening as planed. Site needs to have desk hours posted.

- There were sign for complementary breakfast, only coffee was there. Why did you even have all the equipment, but no single banana, orange, water or other edible things crub. There are less equipped hotel with roaches and ant, but they still serve food.
