Cons -

Not being able to control the room thermostat. It was set on 76. I set it to go to 72. I realized when I woke up at 4 am in a sweat that it was still on 76. The guy at the desk said he could send engineering up to change temp. At 4 am???? Do better HILTON
Front desk checkin representative could be more courteous. I feel the front desk staff need a bit of training.
I got there late (2:30am) for a quick night, i tried to get sleep but since early morning I started hearing the slamming of doors all morning interrupting my sleep all morning.
