- The front staff at the hotel was very nice and accomodating. They let us check in early during a heat wave when our home had no electricity.
- Location, breakfast and parking
- I loved everything about it and before I left, I rebooked it for another pre cruise stay this August.
Cons -
- We were using the outdoor pool and someone was smoking marijuana. This went unnoticed by the staff. The smell was terrible and there were children present.
- Entrance from the street sign would be great
- NO COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE. Yikes, I tried the Starbucks Coffee and it was horrible! Will know better next time.

Tub was dirty, toilet was dirty inside and toilet seat was cracked. Ceiling had bad patch job. No water pressure coming from the shower head For this to be a four-star hotel I felt like I could have stayed at a Red Roof Inn I got the same results.
