  • The coffee n room& the fact that the sales director never called me back&I asked 4a long-term stay &what rate I can negotiate bc I worked4Hilton,Hyatt &Marriott prior &35 year meeting planner & thought he?d want the revenue & he?s not called me back yet.
  • The coffee in the room I know you have Starbucks downstairs maybe that?s a good marketing tactic that you buy coffee but the coffee in the room is disgusting. It?s like Steele OMG, no good no good no good doesn?t fit with your quality of property.
  • The tv do not always work and the fact we were put in a room in the same area as of bunch of teens

Room setup nice and cozy roomy clean
No internet no phone service and kids over us ran until 1100:-11:30 pm.
