- Good location for what I was in town for.
- the front desk was wonderful, professional, and kind. Very understanding, good listener, and helpful with my questions and concerns.
- Conveniently located by bus to NYC. The plaza has plenty of restaurants and shopping options.
Cons -
- Cleanliness, construction, bare bones breakfast.
- The fire alarm went off hotel-wide on 4 of my 7 nights there at very late hours, between 11pm and 2am. It was awful, loud, and jarring. Loud noise from unruly neighbor rooms, heavy marijuana smoke almost every night that entered into my room.
- First night, room 401 was very loud due to the major highway. We moved but because they were at full capacity they changed us to a room 418 but still on the side of heavy loud traffic. Pipe broke construction 8 am to 4 pm daily, no pool because of pipe.
