Cons -
- None of the USB charging points were working. I informed the front desk about it but nobody took a look. Breakfast is not part of the room rent, a lot of the hotels at the same level or below provide it though.
- Hotel was overbooked, no onsite manager to manage the crisis. Only one staff member at front desk managing the crisis. He tried his best and I appreciate his efforts, but we were stranded at midnight with no room and had to drive 3 hours at that time.
- Guest services was unavailable. WiFi was not working. People banging on the hotel doors and running away . Did not create a peaceful environment.
