There was a box of what looked like old computer parts in the stairwell. Otherwise a 5-star experience. I asked the receptionist why they have a low rating. He said it's because of how poorly the previous management ran things.

This Staybridge was very clean quite and so comfortable! It was like staying at home! The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are wonderful and went beyond to make sure as their guest we had everything we needed! This Staybridge was awesome!

This was the worst hotel experience we¿ve ever had. The AC didn¿t work and they refused to fix or address it. The shower water ran all over the bathroom we had to put down all the towels to keep it from spilling out into the room and they refused to help

The location was fantastic and the atmosphere of the hotel (the atrium and all of the dining options) were phenomenal. All of the staff (Stars) we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
