- When I got to my room with my kids open the door and it smelled so bad like cigarettes. The floor was not clean at all, my son sat on the bed and there were pubic hair on the pillows and ion the sheet like it was never changed. We walked back out and I requested a refund. NEVER Again

I booked a room for me and my two kids days before my arrival and I called to confirm with my confirmation number and they said they are over booked and don’t have my number. I was so mad like why did you give me the confirmation number and then did us out. So I had to find another hotel hours later l.
