Pros +
- That everything was right there, we never had to leave the harbor. Entertainment, the best restaurants waterfront views where all available right at or near the hotel.
- The entertainment for the kids and adults was phenomenal
- the staff was extremely accommodating with our request for a different room and late checkout
Cons -
- I did not like the receptionist who checked me in; Hainya (Ethiopia); very aggressive impolite, and pushy, in forcing me to be part of the Bonvoy program, and that the hotel does not grant a discount for the NSHSS convention
- Add refrigerator and microwave to the rooms. More food options for room service although. It would be nice not to have go downstairs for orange/apple juice. Maybe offer 2 pancakes, eggs and bacon as a option. The birds in the atrium
- No late night food options.
