The proprietor, Louisa, is SO nice and helpful. We would love to come back to Klamath Falls and stay with her again. The room was clean, homey and comfortable. The coffee was delicious.

Hotel employee made us feel welcome and went beyond expectations to provide suggestions for dinner and breakfast locations. She and her husband work hard to make their location a welcoming and quality place to stay.

The owners/staff were very friendly, and spoke English very well. They were helpful with things like replacing a lamp that didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the coffee-maker worked. From the street, the property is pretty.

Booked non-smoking, but told room we booked was not available and given smoking room. There was no soap or shampoo/conditioner and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned.

It was very quiet except for the 3:00am motorcycle startup and subsequent attempts to repair it. Seems to be working on updating rooms too.

The night manager was nice we only seen him the first night.

The hotel is under major disrepair. The concrete stairs and ledge walkway leading to room was cracked & broken into several loose pieces that we walked over. The room was severely slanted which indicates a major foundation issue. Smoke smell, etc.

Traveling with a pet can be really difficult. The last 2 trips to Klamath Falls, my dog ended up with severe rashes because she is allergic to cat dander. But this time, Lola was reaction free and slept very comfortably. Thank you!

I have stayed here about 5 times. I love the area and amenities. Nice quiet place to stay. The staff is amazing.
