- Kind staff, personal touches like a flower in the room and real coffee
- The proprietor, Louisa, is SO nice and helpful. We would love to come back to Klamath Falls and stay with her again. The room was clean, homey and comfortable. The coffee was delicious.
- Hotel employee made us feel welcome and went beyond expectations to provide suggestions for dinner and breakfast locations. She and her husband work hard to make their location a welcoming and quality place to stay.
