- The heat not warm at all I left at 635 am
- The customer service , having to stand outside in the cold and get on the phone and check in. after a long day of travel. I was trying to check in for 20 mins. Waited for a someone to come to the front desk another ten mins. No parking ,To get to the room . the tv didnt work lights was janky. smlled old and creepy.
- Have kitchen but 50 dollars for pots and 20$ for 1 person place setting. This purchase is nonsensical how do you travel with these
