The first two nights we were in the second floor by the street, and it was still loud but tolerable. The next room we had on to 22nd. We were on the first floor next to the street again. And it was very loud. I could hear people talking outside the room

Most all of the Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good though the breakfast was boring same items every day no variety. The seafood chowder bisque soup was superb!

Major pluses were proximity to airport and major bus stop for travel into Dublin. Grate breakfast kind and helpful staff- allowed us to check in early after we landed as our room was ready and we were jet lagged.
When you water it appears clean and tidy, normal¿ until you get to the floors the rooms are on. The walls are dirty, the carpets are stained. There is black mold in the showers and it¿s just gross. Our room had HAIR stuck to the bathroom walls.

It was walkable from the train station into Killarney, breakfast was included, wi-fi was reliable, staff was helfpul, and the central location made it easy to shop, dine, and rent bikes. When I'm back in Killarney, I'm staying there again.

Hotel employees were fantastic. We were on an Ireland adventure with the Cliffs being the first stop. We prearranged for us to come in early from our overnight flight into Shannon. Everything was perfect. TIP: great artwork throughout.
Great location for The Cliffs and Doolin. The staff was very friendly with great local info and tips. Good pub fare but the brownie was out of this world good. They had live music every night we were there. Would book again if ever back in the area.

The architecture was interesting. The atmosphere was a bit like stepping back in time to a very different sort of resort/hotel experience. It was nice to have cafe and restaurant options available in the hotel. The location was close to the train.

The staff was BEYOND excellent! Gracious, accommodating, professional, personable and very friendly. Extremely helpful when my husband had a fall while walking in the rain. It was all so lovely that we plan to stay again before we leave Ireland.

The location was perfect to spend a few days in Dingle. Within walking distance of town, but still far enough away that is was peaceful and quiet. Location is right on the water, which makes for some stunning sunrises. Great staff! Loved the dogs!
