This boutique, 4-star hotel features spacious, stylish rooms with plasma-screen TVs in the heart of Waterford City. Guests can use limited free parking, free Wi-Fi and a chic restaurant and bar. With modern decor and wood furnishings, each room includes a large, sleek private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. Rooms include a hospitality tray with free tea and coffee, a safe, and a spacious work station. Many rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning river views. The Fitzwilton Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the main city train/bus station and a 5-minute walk from Waterford shopping and entertainment district. Relaxed and contemporary, The Fitzwilton Hotel has modern art and funky lighting. The Chez K's Restaurant is one of the most popular and best known in Waterford. It serves fine cuisine in a relaxed and intimate environment. The Fitzwilton's Met Bar has a long list of wines, cocktails and beers, with food a mouth watering bar menu available throughout the day.

- Proximity to entertainment, dining and shopping.
- Great location, easily walkable to shopping and pubs.
- The beds are comfortable and the showers are high-powered. Close to everything we wanted to do in Waterford.
Cons -
- The lady at check-in was absolutely awful. Not the least bit friendly or courteous. Very curt and dry, and in no way welcoming to guests. They need better front desk staff.
- Parking was hard to find. Construction on street started with jackhammers at 8:00am sharp right outside window. Not hotels fault but really inconvenient. An interior room would have been great if they knew it was on the books to fix the road.
- Nope. Loved everything about it.
