- very friendly staff
- Wonderful staff - everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Lovely lounge with frieplace to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea. Rooms nicely decorated and the shower was modern with fancy bath products. I would happily stay again.
- General design and ambiance were great, very solid location
Cons -
- Location can be a bit too much street noise specially early in the morning
- Can't control the tempature in the room
- No air conditioning in our room, would have preferred one king bed instead of one queen/full and one twin bed.
