Best part was Hotel employee who worked in the restaurant. The only person willing to do anything and graciously got us a car to take us to the airport at 5:30 in the morning.

Not much. Wasn't particularly convenient from the airport -- wasn't a shuttle when I arrived, and the walk was difficult, as part did not have a sidewalk.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the restaurants. Its very close to the railway station and right in front of the Bus stop. It has some of the best restaurants of Lucerne.
Waldstatterhof Swiss Quality Hotel

It's a new hotel with nice rooms and staff. It was some distance from the old town, but they provide you with a free public transit. The light rail was convenient. The stop was in front of the hotel. You could be in the old town in 10 minutes.

The hotel was beautiful but it had a smell like a wire was burning and the staff seemed to ignore it. They didnt clean our room, just made the bed. Very disappointed in the stay.

The charming, historic and family-run Hotel Oberland in the center of Lauterbrunnen is only a 5-minute walk away from the train station. The Staubbach waterfall is nearby. Hotel Oberland's popular restaurant serves cheese fondue or Röstis. All rooms come with cable TV. Most also consist of a balcony with views of the waterfall or the surrounding mountains. Lauterbrunnen is a popular place to visit all year round. Some parking spaces are available in front of the hotel for 15 CHF per day and these are subject to availability.
