Pros +
- I liked our first room prior to having to move because the drain in the shower was clogged. It was much cleaner in the first room.
- Very clean, wonderful staff
- 6 CHF per person shuttle was exactly on time! Nice staff and atmosphere. Good selection of t.v. channels.
Cons -
- Staff seems to have no patience or attitude towards common questions and shows it through non verbal communication. A blonde women acted in disgust towards us asking a question about breakfast and wanting to get a coffee. Second room was not clean.
- Hair on bed and in toilet.
- The cleaning staff did not do their job well . Would leave dirty dishes behind, no coffee and cream replacement and one day just did the sheets, did not remove garbage and also did not vaccum .
