Pros +

Proximity to the airport
Very close to the airport. Walkable. Room is small, but has everything you need.
Proximity to the airport is great. 10 minute walk but there is also a free airport shuttle. Staff friendly. Room was comfortable. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room. Would recommend and stay again.

Cons -

The front desk staff are not very helpful and inefficient especially the women front desk people. The shuttle was late and the driver was rude, disrespectful and very unhelpful to passengers? who need help lifting their luggage. He said it wasn?t his job.
I had booked a larger room with queen bed and pullout sofa (which was more expensivethan the standard room.). I was given a tiny room and told this was all that was available and upgraded rooms were subject to availability.
There?s no AC or it didn?t work very well. Even with the window open the room was very warm.
