- This place is by far the best of the best hotels in the way of impeccable cleanliness, above beyond customers service and genuinely authentic Fully recommended
- I felt at home at this hotel as it was cozy and welcoming. The staff were exceptional and the room was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious meals. The hotel location was in the center of zermatt and easily accessible by the train station.
- The character of the hotel is amazing! We loved how old the hotel and restaurant were but the rooms were wonderful!! We were upgraded to the suite for no extra charge!
