The modern 4-star Novotel Basel City is located 2625 feet from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the Kunstmuseum and it offers free public WiFi and a restaurant. Public parking spaces are available nearby for an extra charge. All air-conditioned rooms at the Novotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and private bathrooms with a shower. A safety deposit box and coffee and tea making facilities are provided, as well. The property´s Gourmetbar restaurant serves international cuisine, and the hotel bar provides a wide range of wines and cocktails. Guests at the Novotel Basel City can take advantage of a Business Corner and for the duration of their stay, the use of public transport is included. The hotel is located 4.3 mi from the Euro-Airport Basel/ Mulhouse, and all of Basel´s main attractions are reachable within a 10-minute walk.

- clean modern
- Clean comfortable room, great breakfast and coffee! Very pleasant staff, a wonderful stay!
Cons -
- price of breakfast and rhe ready cooked diner. lights a problem to locate and control, coffee no existance just fancy stuff. front desk very hepfu and bar. wouldn;t stay again. not a good value. switaerland is very expensive.
- Not really, some of the towels were thin but I am being very picky to even mention that because we really loved the hotel!
