Room was fantastic with a great price to boot. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed. Air conditioner working. Nice Tv. Lovely location.

Shower pressure could be better.

I took my own food.The bar fridge was unstocked, which, to me is a blessed relief, allowing me room for my stuff.

The bed cover was soiled with what looked like faeces.Toilet had traces of faeces in bowl.Floor was gritty and tacky underfoot.

This is my third stay and I have another coming up at the end of November. I like the Paradiso, it's central, it's got lots of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance and it's even a little querky, different. Recommend it.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Very unique European vibe and decor. Clean and comfortable family suite.

Lack of privacy and security. Common outside area and all glass doors to areas people are walking through. Complex can be accessed by general public. First night a group of youths/children were screaming aggressively outside our door and running through the complex until 1am. It felt very unsafe. Second night was OK. Airconditioning can't be manually adjusted which meant the room stayed at 20 degrees when it was on, too cold for winter. Couldn't open doors or windows for airflow due to the public nature of the place. Some smaller things: Kitchen equipped OK but a decent bigger microwave would have been helpful. No washcloths just towels. Parking only small and couldn't get our 4wd in and out so had to park on the street. A map of the complex would have been nice with a list of the many shops and areas.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are very very quiet at the resort but I didn’t mind this, the ferry to Palm beach was great. Although it rained all the time it did not really stop me from what I wanted to do which was relax. Spa bath in room awesome.

Fantastic location. Restaurants, entertainment, bars, shops, etc all withing complex.Incredibly beautiful old-world, Italian charm throughout room and complex. Beautifully appointed resort and pool.

Restuarants were quite expensive eg., $80 for 2 for a basic breakfast at 1 of the eateries. Next time I'll do some more research and chose somewhere else.

Friendly staff and every convenient location. Lots of food and restaurants options. Local restaurants are also so friendly! Love the place!

The toilet is not working properly and room is a little bit small then expected. Would suggest family to book family suite with kitchen.

Thought the room was clean and well laid out.

Would prefer to have a separate sink to wash up the crockery and cutlery rather than having to wash them in the hand basin in the bathroom.

I loved this place. So much character. Ate Indian and steak downstairs, went to the movies and wandered past the closed shops (open on the weekends).

The bed was not comfortable and nor were the pillows.. We had dinner on Wednesday evening at the Pizza restaurant downstairs and it was not very appetising. I would not eat there again.

Great location family friendly and staff are amazing always willing to help especially Peter and Leah

Staff were lovely and very obliging and friendly.

The peculiar lift because it meant that staff had to take disabled people, mums with prams or taking luggage up or down when required. It must be a great burden for the staff as well. I think clients need to feel they can come and go as they want without having to disturb staff.Staff were always very obliging to take me up and down in the strange lift. No problems on that score.

Great location with restaurants, cafes, beach, ferry terminal, groceries, all within walking distance. Large balcony and lots of free off street parking. Boutique hotel in a large complex that is reminiscent of the cobblestone backstreets of old Italy. The whole place is very clean and well maintained.

Ther bed was a bit hard for me and there was noise from the street. But other rooms with balconies overlooking the piazza would be quieter.

Quirky folly built to feel like you’re in Italy with clean and functional rooms, albeit a bit tired decor. Location is fantastic and great facilities on site too with coffee shops, restaurants and a lovely range of weekend shopping. And all just a couple of hundred metres from the beach.

It had a feeling that you were overseas in an Italian Villa. It was close to great restaurants. Easy check in and out

It is in a great location being just a short walk to the riverfront footpath. The Galleria Shopping Centre directly underneath the motel has many cafes, restaurants and boutique art and clothing shops. The rooms are fairly clean and the staff were great.

We booked and paid for a spa suite only to find that we were given a standard room instead. I couldn't use the room telephone to discuss the situation with Reception because it didn't work. We were also missing a few spoons, a bowl and a coffee cup from the kitchen area. After talking to Peter in reception, he explained that the spa rooms were receiving maintenance. He apologised and immediately provided a partial refund to my credit card. The missing kitchen items were also quickly replaced by the friendly service staff.

Love the decor and style of the hotel. Great location. Value for money. Safe for single mum and kids.

Could have been a little bit cleaner. Only sink was the bathroom sink and sink in the kitchenette. Pool is nice but would be better if there was seating next to the pool that you can lay down and tan. Beds a little springy.

Lovely old style and love the fact that you did not have to leave the complex as every thing was almost there

No face washer, no shower gel, no curtsey buscuits or water.Some of the sensor lights didn't work in the corridor and no real lift even though 1 floor up only.
