Very close to the beach.

Very good customer service from staff. Clean room, quiet and peaceful place. Very close to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay. We'll be back again.

Great place to stay. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Lovely room with great view of pool and water. Friendly, helpful staff.

I loved the convenience of having the pool right there but also a quick walk to the beach. The pool was perfect. I love that it doesn’t have a deep end- no diving or bombing . Very relaxing and very clean. My room was very relaxing and clean also. Having direct access to the pool meant I swam a lot more than usual.

A little bit noisy when folks are outside on the balconies/ sitting areas but that’s life. I booked outside of school holidays for that reason.

It’s close to everything . The rooms are beautiful over looking the pool and the water .

German cockroaches found in the room and reported to reception. I stayed for 4 days and had to go to IGA to buy my one insect kill due to lack of action from hotel staff

That's it's close to club facilities

Curtains need repairing...and no smoking area for people that do smoke...stand out the front isn't a good look for the hotel

Everything was great. There was not anything we didn’t like .

Beach was in close proximity to hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Great to have Diggers next door to grab a meal. Many eating places in the vicinity.

We loved everything nice and comfortable well maintained and clean the pool area was amazing my little one had a wonderful time we enjoyed every minute We definitely coming back

Location was great. Pool was a wonderful asset to the property but very crowded.

We were not able to get a late checkout and I felt the staff member was unhelpful. Pool very crowded inside & out.

The staff were really nice, and the rooms are quite nice too. Enjoyed the pool.

The room key cards did not work from check in (2pm) til 9pm that night, so staff had to escort you around the hotel to your room, pool deck when you needed to access anywhere with a keycard. Staff were great and assisted when you needed to go anywhere but it felt like you were a kid being escorted around a cruise ship and felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

Location is beautiful

Only need more umbrellas and seating areas same people puting towels over when they not there

Nice pool, good location.

Bed was uncomfortable , could feel the springs in my back. Hate the water saver shower head. Staff not friendly when I asked for an extra towel. We were given two towels for a booking of 3 adults.

Location of property, the large pool and the water views from our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Property starting to look abit tired, needs to be refreshed with some paint on the outdoors.Bathrooms need to be renovated, remove the spa and put in modern shower instead.

Drier not working in room. Hotel provided us with extra towels- but couldn’t dry our clothes. Would like access to a gym for exercise.
