Shower pressure was super low this time.

Room was a great size, it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable

Beautiful building and decor. Outdoor seating space. Close to tube, shops, restaurants etc. very comfortable bed. Everything you need such as fridge, ironing board & iron, safe and hairdryer.Helpful and attentive staff. Lovely shampoo, conditioner, etc in good size bottles. Good selection of teas, coffee etc. Lots of storage in room.

Clean and tidy

Sadly the room was quite small and we had issues with the shower being too low pressure and either scolding hot or too cold. Raised issues with staff on checkout who apologised and said someone else had also made the same complaint.

The room was very personable and cosy, like a soft nest. It was very nice to sleep in the nrd. water got topped up, good tea and coffee options, very quiet

Location is great. Room was clean and comfortable and large. Bathroom was huge for a London hotel room. Lovely, cosy pub too. Fantastic find.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Could not have been more helpful. Very clean room and considering it's in Central/West London, it was very quiet.

Nice neighborhood with a quick walk to a major tube stop. The bar/dining area was really welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening. Great staff!

Our room could have been a bit bigger-tough with two people.

Location is great and breakfast was very nice. Staff was very polite and service-minded, EXCEPT the manager.

We didn't get the room we booked (paid for a suite, got a twin room). Though the hotel insisted that it was a suite, pics and description on booking.com AND their own website says differently. We genuinely felt scammed as it was supposed to be a special trip and instead of a huge bathtub we got a small bathroom with a tiny bathtub with things coming off the walls every time we showered (including a shelf that fell down). We also had water leak through the ceiling in the bathroom at 4 in the morning which additionally caused a power outage in our room. According to the manager "this happens".... we did get a refund for the last night because of this but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Location was great. We were able to easily access the subway to multiple locations, including the airport. Hotel was on top of a great pub. Great food and drinks. Loved the large bath tub in the room.

Great location, room, food and staff.

Only negative was that there were a lot of stairs which wasn’t ideal with a toddler and a pushchair. Don’t recall seeing anything when booking that there was only stair access.

It’s a lovely venue in general; cosy pub and the rooms are well designed. The double room with private bathroom was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom with walk-in shower. It was very clean, and the staff were really accommodating and welcoming. Nice to be able to order room service until midnight. The tea and coffee station had generous supplies which was much appreciated, including a nespresso machine with pods. Good selection of minibar drinks and snacks. Good connections across London.

The room was quite cold overnight despite us trying to turn up the temp with the room’s fan system. It didn’t seem to warm the room at all. The hotel is on a busy main road, and there’s also a cocktail bar open under the pub until late, which made for quite a noisy weekend stay. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll need earplugs - I wouldn’t say this place is suitable if you want a very quiet stay and early nights.

It’s homely, comfortable, a high standard of cleanliness.

The evening meal was bland. Sausage and mash with the most tasteless sausages I’ve ever had and the mash wasn’t great.
