Pros +
- location, pool/sauna area
- Saint Martin is amazing, and the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s a smaller hotel than I initiate thought, the restaurant bar and spa facilities are all incredible. The half board option is to die for the food is incredible value for money for such fine food… their electric car charger charged my Tesla very quickly too. The parking situation was perfect.
- Close to the lifts
Cons -
- evening meals were very poor and breakfast expensive
- The rooms are incredibly basic and tiny, and I don’t like the horrible carpet… for such a boutique hotel I wish they put slightly more effort into the room rooms, also having two single beds pushed together instead of a double with different mattresses that separate during the night is incredibly annoying.
- Restaurant taking over the hotel , nice lounge but spoilt by doing tables being moved in to cope with the demand . Best to book in advance for restaurant table not guaranteed even if you are a resident .

Beautiful decor, wonderful views, fantastic staff
The total package with Spa/Ski are top. What was missing was some evening live music or event. The prices for a beer 9€ is a bit high but it’s typical for this ski place. So 6 beers are indeed a price of a evening dinner.
- Everything fine- Breakfast to expensive
Excellent location, wonderful restaurant on site with friendly helpful staff
Would have liked some sun loungers and umbrellas on the deck instead of just deck chairs
The best was the staff without exception were wonderful. A total ‘no problem’ approach from receptionists, through to maitre D, bar and restaurant staff. All to be commended. Perfect location for the lift and clearly the place to be for lunch and après ski.
Pool could have been warmer! (And longer!)
It is simply the best hotel in the alps! Very cosy and functional design, suuper friendly staff, few meters to the ski lift and ski school. Very broad after-ski program: pool with outdoor jacuzzi, 2 bars with different music, fireplace. Very good breakfast and restaurant. The place has literally everything for a great ski vacation. Place is run by a family and you see and feel it everywhere.simply in love with it!
No minuses.
Amazing hotel. room was spacious, clean, bed was extremely comfy. Staff was top of the game as well the breakfast. The hotel restaurant (Au Tore) is in the podium of the entire 3 valleys.
No beginner runs.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The double room was too small with hardly any storage. It was not well designed.
The hotel is very nicely designed, with beautiful views. It has a nice spa with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzis. Restaurant is also very good. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace which was a great way to unwind and relax after outside activities. There are also yoga classes organised on the terrace. So, we really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come again.
I found the breakfast a bit overpriced for what you get. The price for parking is also very high, but we didn't have a problem finding a place around (I guess because it's not a high season).
The property has a lovely cedar interior and smell to it. My suit was very comfortable with large balcony. Spa is excellent! Views are amazing! Gondola is across the hotel.
We were there during summer and there was no AC in the room. There is big construction site in front of the hotel that will be there for while that starts making noise from 7 am and it makes enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony impossible.
location , interiors, staff, food, cleanliness, pool, spa
lack of communal areas- whilst there is one, the day we were largely snowed in, it was being used for a function and so we couldn’t use it!
Great location, luxury/quality feel, excellent food in Au Tore restaurant, superb leisure facilities. Comfortable beds, balcony in bedroom with beautiful views. Well managed & staff always smart & helpful.
Room size marginally too tight.would have preferred to have had breakfast included.
location, rooms, restaurant, food most of the staff. Emma and Sacha are fantastic brilliant members of staff always helpful and friendly.
my only criticism was some of the staff were a little bit rude at times. I think they just need some training on how to communicate with guests.
location, facilities, spa
ski room poor, not sure who was in charge of the dining room
Amazing hotel. Next to the ski lifts and sport hiring shops. Fantastic staff, great food, beautiful room with the view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi after our ski.
Due to school holidays the place was a little too busy and sometimes you would have to wait longer to get service.
The food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing. a good variety of traditional and foreign cuisine. Spa was great after a days skiing. Bar was always busy with good ambience. Nicholas looked after us on the drinks front. the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Sometimes the service in the restaurant/bar was a little slow.
Absolutely amazing staff, food, location, room, and food! What more could you possibly ask for?!
amazing location
clean tidy and vibrant
