Staff was friendly and helpful. Good English.

Sleazy paintings, no AC, mildew in the shower and the colors were a bit much (bright orange and yellow everywhere).

After 3.00 pm upon arrivall (for a four nights stay) every day:* Restaurant closed* Lobby Bar closed* Not even wine / beer glasses available to enjoy a drink in the room* No info on Booking.com site about this situation when booking.We wrote a registered letter to the Management but, as expected, NO reaction / answer at all. Never come back hotel!

Decent rooms with good light, very pleasant and accommodating staff, otherwise ok. Good breakfast, but I really don't like this type of "automatic coffee".

Primerna lokacija, prenovljene sobe, čiste sanitarije. Vhodna vrata slaba (stara), zvok se širi po hodniku in sosednjih sobah.

The sheets were clean but the smell from the room itself is unpleasant.

The hotel has not been renovated for a very long time, there is a smell in the corridors and also in the room. The windows are old and the door to the terrace was very difficult to open with great effort and creaking.

I was very satisfied with the hotel overall.The location of the hotel was great, the breakfast really good.The staff were very good. I would especially like to mention Mr Amadej Biljakovic, a top man.

The bathroom could perhaps be a little more modern.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this establishment.

They got pretty much everything wrong that one could possibly get wrong. No investment in the premises for years, the entire hotel has a musty smell, and on the first day, I suffered an asthma attack due to the perfumes they used. The photo shows the much-praised 'garden view' from the booking. This shabby, musty, and utterly unacceptable state of the hotel has nothing to do with star ratings—such a place should be stripped of its license for public use!

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good.

Property is dated. Needed a key to lock and unlock door, carpet was old.

Stari ormari, tepisi, vrata, prozori, stare stolice na terasi. Nema telefona u sobi, ketlera za vodu.

Good location, with a public pool in the back. Big room with everything, good breakfast.

A little worn-out carpet in the room. No elevator.

The parking lot was large and you can find a place at any time. The breakfast was good. The staff was attentive and kind.

I didn't have a refrigerator in the room.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and pleasant staff.Decent breakfast in a spacious room. Not on top of each other like some hotels.

Was a bit of a trek from the town but we knew that when we booked it. If using the train there is a local station nearer the hotel called Celje Lava but service can be sparse at times.

Dog-friendly and efficient but a rather worn-out

Off-putting stains on bedroom carpet. Old and worn bathroom. Damaged door.

Rooms were a decent size and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a decent selection and breakfast room was nicely laid out.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Air conditioning in one room didn't work and they couldn't get it fixed during our stay.Quite a trek from the town centre but we knew that when we booked. There is a railway station 10-15 minute walk away but trains to main station vary in frequency.

everything was perfect..even the view at the pool.....and double doors, so noise from the corridor was 100% reduced. Excellent coffee, excellent bed and excellent shower...and very good breakfast, silence, beautiful place...what else can a tourist expects?

The most appealing part of our stay was the walk along the river to the old town. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast had plenty of options.

The room was very "tired", and although it is designated non-smoking, the room still smelt of stale smoke, perhaps from people smoking on the balcony.
