The staff was unprofessional and unavailable most of the time. The room and the overall condition of the hotel was dirty. The hallways haven?t been cleaned or vacuum, in I don?t know how long, there were trash bags outside of people?s doors for 3 days.

It's not a Hotel, it's a Motel. I refused to stay there once I got to the location. Surrounded by abandoned buildings. The 2nd floor was under construction and roped off. Felt unsafe as a woman staying there alone. Found another Hotel nearby.

It's not a Hotel, it's a Motel. I refused to stay there once I got to the location. Surrounded by abandoned buildings. The 2nd floor was under construction and roped off. Felt unsafe as a woman staying there alone. Found another Hotel nearby.

Got an early check in. Also I was given 3 bags of snack when I got ice.

I check in later than I thought I was going to and I didn?t like the location of the room and with the help of the night shift employee there. She ended up getting me into a better location for the room I stayed in.
