The staff were the only good thing at this property.

Stayed here for two nights and we left first thing in the morning, even before breakfast. Cleanliness was the biggest issue — greasy glasses, grubby linens, and dust in corners. There was no hot water at any point, so it was cold showers throughout. Comfort was poor: the mattress was uncomfortably hard and sleep was terrible. Drinking water was a concern because the bottles were unsealed. Management didn’t seem informed about basic facilities and kept saying they would “check.” The online reviews are completely fictitious; our experience was nothing like that. Overall, a shockingly bad stay and not worth the price at all.

Horrible stay. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in. Dirty glasses, stains on the sheets, and no sense of cleanliness. Before arrival they called pushing for prepayment and even suggested cancelling on Booking.com, which felt shady. There was no hot water or geyser, so I ended up taking a cold shower. The bed was rock hard and the whole room was uncomfortable. The water bottles were unsealed and clearly refilled, which is unacceptable. The manager had no answers and kept saying he’d “find out” basic things. The online reviews look made up and don’t match reality. Overall awful value, maybe worth a quarter of the price. Would give zero stars if I could.

The pool was refreshing and the water clean. The location was great, high on a hill and removed from the construction mess on NH66.

The bed was rock hard and sleeping was impossible. There was no comfort at all. No night stands at bedside for convenience. The meals were mediocre and served in an unappealing dining hall.

Total insulting behaviour by staff

Totally unacceptable behaviour of main handler person, right from the first point, speaking in a way which could be termed as an insult while asking for advance payment. intercom not working the basic most thing to give wake up call to a person who is tired or in transit or is awake thru out the night. lacklustre menu items. & total insults, total insults at the last point. it's as if i don't have any respect, a literal hopeless sadak chhaap "throw out of property treatment"; can't find any lineage or good vibes or respect or ease of booking which one would expect from booking. com

Nice, comfortable and big wooden bungalows. We had breakfast by the pool, very good way to start a bright morning!

Difficult narrow steep road to reach the hotel; we were asked to pay upfront, and thereafter were told that bar and restaurant were closed.
