I don't understand why they are giving only the noan a/c room rates and at property we are transferred to air conditioned rooms their charging too much of rate

The rooms are well maintained. staff is good.
There was no facility for morning cup of coffee/tea. the shower was not proper. no hot water. The Ac Was throwing air to ears .
